It’s not really that confusing. There are 4 parts to the story: the pregnancy test in the toilet; sex with Noto; sex with Haruta; and the ob-gyne.
To simplify things, she had sex with both Noto and Haruta (parts 2 and 3). She then went to the toilet, took the pregnancy test and then headed out to the ob-gyne for reasons unknown (parts 1 and 4). That was when Taiga and Ryuuji saw her.
Some stories are arranged in such a way not to confuse its readers but rather to make them curious. Making them want to know what happened and why it happened.
Art was good. It was not the best but it was better than the recent releases. Gotta love those burumas. Black censor strips was a plus.

This Doujin is rather confusing, I’d have to say.
Artwork-wise, I rather liked this. =3 The girls facial expressions are great, the guys even more so~! Passion was so easy to see here~! <3
The story was a bit shaky. It felt like we missed something. Hmm . . .
Anyway, other than the story hole, I’d say around a 6.5/10. I’d definitely recommend reading it, but I wish the storyline would be better played out. =3
