Two pages in and I already get confused. “A girl does not understand for example whether to be pure.”…..Yeah? She doesn’t understand to be pure or… what? Usually when you suggest a conundrum there’s two parts to it, a yin and a yan if you will. You don’t just end the sentence with half a statement, that’s just asinine.
There’s a little comic strip I once saw, that I feel kinda tells how much kids know about sex without making them seem like heroine addicts about it. It went a little something like this: In a very “Anything you can do I can do better” fashion, it starts with a boy and a girl comparing things they have. The says he a has a penny, the girl says she has two. The boy says he’s got three acorns, the gril says she has six. Finally the boy drops his pants and shows her his fully erect penis and says, “Well I have one of these!” The girl seems impressed at first but then lifts her skirt revealing her vagina and says, “Well I have one of these, and with this I can have as many as those as I want.” The boy’s dick falls limp.
Some lolicon can convey that sense of innocence that I think is what the reader is really after, but then again there’s some people who get their jollies on for corrupted innocence. One being that something pure is being made un-pure and the other is already there. This is the latter meets the former, where a corrupted youth drags an innocent youth into their world and thought it was surprisingly good.
Set aside a few bad translations, it’s less desturbing when two kids go at it than an adult and a kid, but at the same time some people might not like that because that’s their fantasy and these are the people to keep an eye on.
It has good art work and good direction which is nice. Although the recorder thing was just gross. Someone out there’s gunna get it, but to me pissing on a recorder and then watching some on play it is just wrong. Remember kids, addictions hurt everyone, not just you.
I give it 4 unchecked wet spots in a classroom that no one seems to notice out of 5.
