    Guys put down their bags or weights from time to time. Even 30 seconds is good for recovery. Even sitting in front of a computer is bad for your lower back if done for an extended period of time. So yea, big boobs = back issues. The issue is not how heavy they really are but if they are heavy enough, that for an extended time it creates issues… Also weight supported from the back is a different displacement than weight placed on your front.
